To obtain the maximum quality result the grapes must be harvested in perfect condition. The manual harvest allows you to collect the ripest and healty bunches. A quality wine requires that bunches arrive whole in the cellar. The mechanical harvesting of grapes, advantageous in terms of costs and timing, however, involves the presence of foreign materials, such as leaves, branches, and small pieces of bark in the must, which alter the sensorial profiles of the selected wines.
